W. Scott Russell practices Family Law, Litigation and Criminal Defense in Hamilton County, Warren County and Clermont County, Ohio.

A native of Cincinnati, Mr. Russell attended McNicholas High School and is a 2001 graduate of Xavier University. He is a 2004 graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law and is admitted as a regularly licensed attorney in Ohio and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Mr. Russell is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association and also serves as a member of the CBA’s Domestic Relations Committee. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association where he serves as a member of the Family Law Committee. He is a also a member of the American Bar Association and the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.

Mr. Russell resides in the Cincinnati neighborhood of Oakley where he is an active member of the community.
