Megan grew up in Point Pleasant, West Virginia. She moved to Cincinnati in 2013 to begin law school. During law school, Megan was an active member of the Student Bar Association and the Cincinnati Law Review, where she sat on the executive board. She was also an active member of the Ohio Innocence Project as a Legal Fellow during law school and a legal assistant just after graduation. She worked in the Real Property field for Fidelity National Title Group in Jacksonville Florida post-graduation, but moved back to Cincinnati when she was offered a position at Barbara J. Howard Co., L.P.A. Megan has been with the firm since August 2017. Since April 2018, Megan has been a certified Cincinnati Tourism Ambassador with Hello Cincy and the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce.
